The summer of 2022 was supposed to be the “great return to the movie theater” as we saw several blockbuster-style movies released. But really, most of the titles released were kind of lackluster. As this summer’s blockbusters become available for you to watch at home, we’ll look at which ones are winners and which ones aren’t which will bring us to the topic of why great filmmaking may be a thing of the past.
